Local pickup orders are held at our designated pickup location (iMassage Salon & Spa in Wabash) for 14 days from the date the pickup notification is sent.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, including the pickup location and any necessary instructions. Please make arrangements to pick up your order within the 14-day pickup window.

A final reminder may be sent via email before the pickup deadline. Once the pickup deadline has passed, an order that has not been picked up may be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Unclaimed Orders & Refunds

Orders not picked up before the 14-day deadline will be considered abandoned and may or may not be eligible for a refund. Orders eligible for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee.

Customers who repeatedly fail to collect their orders in a timely fashion will permanently lose the option to request local pick up for future purchases. These customers are still welcome to shop our site using shipping options only.

If you know you will be unable to pick up your order within the stated timeframe, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can discuss other pick-up dates and times. We do not offer drop-offs, or pick-ups at other locations, and we do not do meet-ups. If you need you order changed to shipping, it is a flat fee of $4.99.
