Shipping policy

Our turnaround time is ~4-6 business days.
We do not fulfill orders Saturday through Monday. The start of the turnaround time starts the business day after you place your order.

If you're a Wabash County local and want to pick-up your goodies for FREE, use code IMASSAGE at check-out to waive any shipping fees. Order pick-up is at iMassage Corrective Bodywork Salon & Spa in Wabash. There are no pick-ups or meet-ups anywhere else, no exceptions. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Orders can be picked up at the front desk right inside the Salon & Spa.

Orders totaling over $60 will ship free in the US. Lower 48 only.

The Salty Soap Co LLC is not responsible for any packages stolen or lost in transit. Please contact your local post office or UPS Support Center regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any package issues after orders are dropped off at the post office are up to the customer to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Once a package is dropped off or picked up at our local post office or UPS Access Point, it is out of our hands.
