Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our bath and body products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all ingredient lists prior to the purchase of our products. Please contact us at effervescentnco@gmail.com if you have questions.

We are happy to exchange apparel, stickers, hats, freshies, Squeezy Wax, wax melts, etc for the exact product in the same size/color/style (or closest to) in the event of damage or defect not caused by the buyer. We reserve the right to make case-by-case determinations on the exceptions of exchange requests.

All items marked final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All bundles and gift boxes are final sale.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. Damaged products will be replaced or exchanged to the most similar product upon photos being sent. Refunds will not be issued for any products that arrive damaged.

There are no cancellations on orders once the order starts being processed.

Returns and exchanges are not permitted on products due to scent preference. Everyone smells things differently, we try to explain fragrance notes as best as possible. Purchase at your own risk.
