Our car diffusers are designed to last ~3 weeks, or longer depending on how you utilize them.
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED | All car diffusers will come with an instruction card
• To start using your diffuser, carefully unscrew the wooden lid and pop out the plastic grommet. Do not do this until you are ready to use and hang your diffuser.
• Replace the wooden lid and be sure it is attached tightly. Flip the bottle upside down until the liquid begins to saturate the lid. The more it saturates, the stronger the scent will be. I personally like to saturate as much as the string as well for maximum scent boost.
• If you are prone to spills (you know yourself better than I do) you can place the plastic grommet back in the diffuser for extra protection and continue the remaining steps as they are outlined here and on your instruction card... HOWEVER I believe this can lead to more spills. Leaving the plastic grommet in or out is your discretion.
• When hanging the diffuser from your car mirror, tie the strings in a DOUBLE KNOT! Do not tie them once and do not tie them in a bow. You want to make sure your strings are fully secure.
• Do not, under any circumstances, hang your diffuser from turning signals, wiper signals, or anywhere other than your rearview mirror.
The Salty Soap Co. (dba Effervescent Co.) IS NOT responsible nor liable for diffuser spills in vehicles. You, as the consumer, are responsible for following all directions as they are specified.

Our turnaround time is ~4-6 business days.
We do not fulfill orders Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. The start of the turnaround time starts the business day after you place your order.

The Salty Soap Co LLC (dba Effervescent Co.) is not responsible for any packages stolen or lost in transit. Please contact your local post office or UPS Support Center regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any package issues after orders are dropped off at the post office are up to the customer to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Once a package is dropped off or picked up at our local post office or UPS Access Point, it is out of our hands.
If your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS or UPS.
Due to the handmade nature of our bath and body products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all ingredient lists prior to the purchase of our products. Please contact us at effervescentnco@gmail.com if you have questions.
We are happy to exchange non-bath and body products in the event of damage or defect not caused by the buyer. We reserve the right to make case-by-case determinations on the exceptions of exchange requests.
All items marked final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All bundles and gift boxes are final sale. Any items sold at markets or vendor events are final sale.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. Damaged products will be replaced or exchanged to the most similar product upon photos being sent. Refunds will not be issued for any products that arrive damaged.
There are no cancellations on orders once the order starts being processed.
